As a Form 990-N filer — annual gross receipts under $50,000 — we keep overhead minimal on purpose: no paid staff, no office rent, and the sanctuary sits on donated property. Nearly everything you give lands directly on the cats.

Georgia Dept. of Agriculture grant
Funds the spay/neuter voucher program so local families can fix their pets instead of surrendering them.
In-kind & wishlist
Chewy wishlist shipments, community food drives, and donated building materials keep cash costs low.
Community partners
Adel Wesleyan Church hosts the pantry; Valdosta Humane Society runs the TNR clinics we transport to.
